SEURAT Interoperability

SpotFire™ Integration

For users of SpotFire™, SpotFire™ can be launched from directly within SEURAT to visualize data.

Export SD and CSV Data Files

Data manipulated in SEURAT can always be exported back to an SD or CSV file format with the simple selection of the File-Export menu from the Assay Display or Result Display dialogs.

Load SD and CSV Data Files into SEURAT Database

SEURAT can load SD and CSV file contents including assay, property, lot, protocol, notebook and scientist data if present in the SD or CSV file being loaded, into the SEURAT native database schema. Subsequently, compound can be structure searched, searched on lot properties and searched on assay results with cutoffs just like the compounds in your corporate database.

Assay results and other database column data can be added to the loaded file if the compound identifiers in the file loaded match those stored in the corporate database.

Hook into 3rd Party Property Calculators

SEURAT supports a wide array of property calculations some of which rely on 3rd party property calculators (For example, pKa is calculated by the protonation property calculators from ChemAxon www.chemaxon.com). For more examples, see the Preclicnical page.

Linking to PK Reports

SEURAT can link specifically to PK reports based on the presence of certain assay types of the PK "assays". In general SEURAT can link to any valid URL as loaded into the database or entered manually using user defined columns.
